This Caravan is a spacious 4 Bedroom Caravan that can sleep up to 10 people for the larger families or for 2 families that like to stay together on there holidays. It consists of 4 nicely fitted bedrooms which is 1 double and 3 sets of twin rooms and also a pull out double bed in the lounge seating. Dunes 20 is a nice caravan with modern decor throughout. It has a large shower room consisting of shower-toilet-wash basin and there is also a separate toilet with wash-basin. There is fully fitted kitchen consisting of full size cooker, microwave, fridge and is fully equipped for all your needs and leading into the lounge area which has ample seating spreading round 3 sides of the caravan lounge with dining table & seating with extra stools, There is a 19" flat screen TV with built in DVD and freeview. The lounge door takes you onto a large enclosed veranda with patio furnature. The caravan provides a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector & smoke alarm.

Dunes 20 is on a corner plot in a cul-de-sac close to Butlins main resort via a subway tunnel. There is a linen hire service if you dont want to bring your own consisting of sheets, covers & pillow cases for a small extra cost as pillows & duvets are provided in all our caravans. You will need to bring your own towels. There is also a washing machine provided for this caravan in the shed at the back of the caravan, also a freezer if you need one. Our caravans are all family friendly so we dont allow pets or smoking in any of our caravans, but feel free to smoke outside caravan but please dispose of your cigarette butts before you leave. Please respect our caravans and leave clean & tidy.
